Online Store Terms and Conditions

The owner of the online store Arte.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is OÜ Scanimpex (registry code 10982613), located at Vana-Aaviku tee 11, Rae parish, 75305 Estonia. 

Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information 

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The prices in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods. 

Placing an order  

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. If you wish, you can change the quantities of the products later in the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. When choosing Smartpost or courier as a delivery method, it is important to indicate the mobile phone number in the data. The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen. Please note that the online store also displays products out of stock - they cannot be added to the shopping cart. If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, please call or send an e-mail to tellimus@arte.ee and we can specify the time of arrival of the goods.

Send order. From this moment, the order is considered submitted. After sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail (if necessary, also check your spam directory). If you want to change or specify something after sending the order, send a notification to tellimus@arte.ee

Payment and payment methods 

You can pay for the order via a bank link or bank transfer - indicate the order number as an explanation. If necessary, we issue an invoice for the transfer (eg state agencies, etc.) - please indicate the wish of the invoice in the comments when submitting the order. You have 3 days to pay for the purchase - after that the warehouse system will automatically cancel the order (ie after 3 days we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired products). The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the online store. 

Delivery 

The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, in agreement with the customer also Latvia and Lithuania. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.  If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery time 

We will send the order within 3 working days from the receipt of payment. We deliver the goods using the SmartPost service, courier service or Eesti Post parcel service to the post office or Post24 parcel machine. If you have chosen to pick up in the store for transportation, we will notify you by e-mail that the goods have been assembled. Choosing Tartu store as the place of delivery, it may take up to one week for the package to arrive.

In winter, with minus degrees, many products (eg paints) are at risk of frost damage in outdoor parcel machines. In such cases, it is advisable to choose another transport solution. The seller reserves the right to change the respective delivery method or extend the delivery time if there is reason to believe that the products may be damaged due to the weather. When the goods have arrived, the post office will issue a corresponding notice. The courier coordinates the delivery time in advance by phone. If the courier cannot deliver the parcel (the addressee is not available), the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and the parcel must be picked up from there.

Right of withdrawal  

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. To return the goods, send a relevant e-mail: tellimus@arte.ee, where the following information is provided:

  • name end surname of the buyer
  • returnable product
  • invoice number
  • the bank account number to which the money will be returned

The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging.

The costs related to the return of the goods shall be paid by the customer. In case of withdrawal from the order or return of the goods, the seller shall return the price paid for the goods to the customer immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the withdrawal from the order or receipt of the returned goods, to the indicated bank account. 

The costs of returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order. The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received back the item that is the subject of the contract.The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the online store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.   

Solving arguments  

If the buyer has any claims regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@arte.ee or call +372 53095577 within two months of receiving the order.

The online store will respond to the complaint submitted in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days. 

If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is an independent and impartial body responsible for resolving consumer disputes arising from a contract between a consumer and a trader. The Consumer Disputes Committee's application and further proceedings are free of charge for the consumer.
